(OTCBB:GFYD) announces that its newest subsidiary, Terry Moye & Associates (TM&A), has signed an Engagement Letter in a bid for its first Financial Services client. TM&A is in the process of preparing a proposal package seeking a loan for the Client.
The Client owns a large nightclub in the Chicago area, and needs a loan or an investment to help him expand and grow the business. TM&A has had extensive experience in acquiring funding for its small-business clients in the past, and has established several contacts with loan brokers and bankers. It is due to those factors that Terry Moye, CPA for TM&A believes he was able to compile the loan package he did for the Client and is planning to meet with bankers in order to present the outline.
If all goes as planned, this will be the first client for GFY Foods, Inc. under its plan to move into Financial Services. Moving forward, the Company hopes that if it can secure the loan for this client, then it may retain TM&A under GFY Foods, Inc. to perform other business and financial services. A plan has been put together that would offer the Client accounting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll and computing services.
