HealthRenu Medical Signs Contract with the Second Largest Consumer Goods Distributor in the United States


HOUSTON, June 2, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- HealthRenu Medical, Inc. (OTCBB:HRUM) is pleased to announce a new agreement that will allow the company to distribute its medical product line and new consumer line, called BetterSkin, into stores across the country. HealthRenu Medical plans to distribute both of these product lines into grocery and drug stores. In addition, the company plans to distribute the BetterSkin line into dollar stores.

HealthRenu Medical, in cooperation with the distributor, plans distribution of the company's medical line and BetterSkin line to 25,000 drug stores nationwide. These stores include, but are not limited to, Walgreens (NYSE:WAG), CVS (NYSE:CVS), Rite Aid (NYSE:RAD), and Longs (NYSE:LDG). The BetterSkin line will be introduced into stores such as ShopKo (NYSE:SKO), Dollar General (NYSE:DG), Dollar Tree (Nasdaq:DLTR), and Family Dollar (NYSE:FDO).
