CDI Developments Corp. (Home Services of America) Announces Two for One Forward Stock Split


PHOENIX, June 2, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- CDI Developments Corp. (Pink Sheets:CDIJ), (Home Services of America) is pleased to announce that it has approved a two for one forward stock split, the record date for the forward stock split is to be effective Friday, June 17, 2005. Stockholders of the record date will be entitled to two shares of common stock for each share of common stock held on that date.

On May 3, 2005, CDI Developments Corp. announced that it had signed a definitive agreement with Home Services of America, Inc. The corporation also announced that it would be changing its name effective on June 17, 2005 to Home Services of America, Inc. to better reflect its core business.
