HARRISBURG, Pa., June 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Worldwide industrial services and products company Harsco Corporation (NYSE:HSC) announced today that it has sold the FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastics) product line of its IKG Industries division to The StonCor Group, Inc./Fibergrate Division, a wholly owned subsidiary of RPM International, Inc. Fibergrate will also lease the portion of IKG's Queretaro, Mexico manufacturing facility where the FRP line is produced. Terms of the cash transaction were not disclosed. IKG Industries is America's leading producer of metal grating products.
