The name of a subsidiary, Skyy-Fi, Inc., was changed to Seamless Skyy-Fi, Inc. The name changes are part of a plan to create a cohesive identity that allows a marketing strategy that promotes the "Seamless" concept of all company operations. Another subsidiary, Seamless Peer 2 Peer, Inc., already contained the Seamless name. The name change allows the entire group to operate under one unifying "Seamless" brand identification, which will be used on all company logos and websites.
