TeleportVision and Seamless Execute Agreement to Become Mutual Resellers

LAS VEGAS, June 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Seamless Peer 2 Peer, Inc., a developer of its Phenom(TM) software program, and Teleport Systems, Inc. developer of TeleportVision(TM), have signed mutual reseller agreements to allow TeleportVision and Phenom to integrate, bundle and jointly sell their products and services. Both companies have established a fully integrated platform that allows the seamless deployment of their full range of services. Seamless Peer 2 Peer, Inc. is a subsidiary of Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. (OTCBB:SLWF).

Phenom (Patent Pending) Software Program encrypts Wi-Fi transmissions based upon RSA's government certified 256-bit AES encryption coupled with RSA's Public Key Infrastructure flexible telecom data and voice transport solutions.

TeleportVision, located in Baltimore, Md., provides technology that covers the full spectrum of video monitoring and physical security, integrated with computer and communications network security, and remote control. Darrell Washington, TeleportVision president, states, "TeleportVision welcomes Seamless Peer 2 Peer's Phenom software program to the growing list of products which will integrate with our platform, and we welcome Seamless Peer 2 Peer as a valued and hard-driving member of our reseller family."

Mr. Rippy, president of Seamless Peer 2 Peer, stated, "Seamless is pleased to have its Phenom software program and be a part TeleportVision's suite of fully integrated secure wireless platforms. We are looking to add additional resellers for our Phenom product and to become part of the company's reseller program which possess the same high quality that TeleportVision does."

About TeleportVision

TeleportVision is technology that covers the full spectrum of video monitoring and physical security, integrated with computer and communications network security, and remote control. TeleportVision facilitates the encryption of analog and digital video with voice over IP Telephony, and their travel through computer network firewalls, and the company maintains total security for the flow of video and IP telephony within wireless computer and wired communications networks. Using non-proprietary, commercially available products such as desktops, laptops, PDA's tablet PC's, and handheld devices used everyday, it develops user-friendly and cost-effective systems for even the most cost-controlled environments. Its return on investment is easily identified through the reduction in staff, training, and ability to provide interoperable communications inexpensively.

TeleportVision has recently moved its headquarters from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., to Baltimore, Md., providing Teleport Systems, Inc., with greater access to federal and military customers. The TeleportVision system will be integrated into emergency operations demonstration labs nationwide to include the SAIC public safety Integration Center in McClean, Va.
