Comprehensive Attracts Other Municipalities

YONKERS, N.Y., June 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Comprehensive HealthCare Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:CMHS) is pleased to announce that it has received interest from two other sizeable counties in the State of Pennsylvania regarding the utilization and distribution of its discount prescription card for their residents.

As a result of Comprehensive's delivery of 300,000 discount prescription cards to the Luzerne County, PA, Commissioner's Office last month, and the related press conference that followed, the company has received new inquiries from other counties and municipalities. The press conference, which took place on May 11, 2005, was attended by many Luzerne County residents and officials as well as members of the local media. Since that date, other county governments in Pennsylvania have expressed interest and/or had meetings with Comprehensive to consider providing Comprehensives discount prescription card to benefit their county residents.

John Treglia, Chairman and CEO of Comprehensive stated, "We are delighted with the number of inquiries from other municipal governments and commercial companies about our other discount medical programs as well as our discount prescription card. We continue to have meetings with unions, colleges and various other potential new clients. We are optimistic that the current interest, apparently prompted by the Luzerne County contract, will assist us in signing additional agreements over the weeks and months ahead. I feel confident that Comprehensive will be able to grow its business based on these current and potential future events."

Mr. Treglia went on to say, "Through a series of recent meetings with political and consulting contacts in Pennsylvania and New York we expect many more municipal governments will be using some form of a discount prescription card and/or other discount medical benefit programs. Baltimore, MD, the 12th largest city in the United States, recently provided a discount prescription card program, which is similar to ours, for their residents. We believe this is just the beginning of what will occur across the country."
