CNC Forges Ahead With PyraSolutions

MONTREAL, June 9, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- PyraSolutions Management Inc., a subsidiary of CNC (Pink Sheets:CNCW), has announced that it is proceeding to present its Pyramid software to other interested Quebec hospitals, in conjunction with its partner, and first "showcase" customer located in St-Jerome, Quebec. This hospital, Hotel-Dieu de Saint-Jerome, issued its final letter of acceptance which confirmed the complete acceptance of the software, which is now operational.

Pyramid is a powerful case cost management and decision-support solution that allows healthcare administrators to track and fully evaluate the detailed direct and indirect costs of clinical and medical activities within and between their institutions.

Saint-Jerome has worked closely with the Company and expressed their satisfaction with the installation and the operation of the software. Since the hospital has several different data points, they identified Pyramid as the product that can easily link all the data into a common solution to provide the valuable case costing information.

Although this solution is used extensively across the U.S., this is the first complete installation of its kind in Canada. Unlike the U.S., where data is held in a central data base, many Canadian hospitals operate different systems and end up with several independent data bases. Pyramid has enabled Saint-Jerome to centralize the information for the purpose of providing these timely and critical management reports.

Pyramid is a very valuable and powerful system for health-care institutions and provides a tool to enhance patient care and operating efficiency. Today, Saint-Jerome is one of the few hospitals in Quebec to have access to this kind of information.

PyraSolutions and the St-Jerome Hospital have received several requests from other hospitals for presentations and submissions. Together, they have been setting up presentations of the software. In addition, a major event is planned, by invitation only, to several other interested Quebec-based hospitals. This event is intended to demonstrate the plug-and-play nature of its software solution and the instantaneous case-costing reports which these hospital customers increasingly require to more efficiently manage their budgets.

PyraSolutions has reported that they are forecasting multi-million-dollar software contracts over the next twelve months. In addition, the Company is starting to conduct interviews with experienced support staff to assist in the increased volume of new installations and on-going support and training.

PyraSolutions Management Inc. is a holding of Central Network Communications, Inc., a public company listed on the OTC Other market under the ticker symbol CNCW. For more information, visit www.cncinc.ca.
