Headliners Entertainment Group Opens Entertainment Complex in Hampton, Virginia

MONTCLAIR, N.J., June 14, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Headliners Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB:HLEG) announced today that it has opened a 15,000 square feet complex in Hampton, Virginia featuring a country dance club called Saddle Ridge and a dance club called Parrot Beach. The grand opening was this past weekend, and generated approximately $75,000 with well over 3,000 people walking through its doors in just three days. Additionally, the Company's recent acquisition of six popular nightclubs, plus Virginia, generated over $250,000 for the week ending June 12th.

Ed Rodriguez, Headliners Chairman and CEO happily stated: "I know it's repetitive, but our concept for those entertainment complexes continues to prove itself valid. Customers are provided with entertainment options at a single location, while Headliners benefits by reduced operating expenses.

"With the addition of Hampton, Virginia, our tenth location, we will continue to identify other cities, and locales within them, where this concept will work. Our growth and viability enhances value for everyone, especially our shareholders."
