ATLANTA, June 14, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sanswire Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SNWR) announced today that it has completed the process of changing the Company's name and trading symbol. The name has been changed to Wireless Holdings Group, Inc. and the Company's stock began trading today under the new symbol (Pink Sheets:WHGI).
The name change is a result of the transaction between Sanswire Technologies, Inc. and GlobeTel Communications Corp. (GTE). In addition to the Company's Stratellite project, GlobeTel purchased the trademarked name Sanswire.
Wireless Holdings Group plans to continue the Company's business of creating wireless hot-spot environments throughout the world.
The Company's headquarters will remain in Atlanta, Georgia.
