GTREX Capital Announces Global Travel Exchange Web Services Management Agreement with Itellix

ALISO VIEJO, Calif., June 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- GTREX Capital, Inc. (OTCBB:GRXI) and its operating subsidiary Global Travel Exchange, Inc., a leading provider of direct access travel distribution technology, today announced an agreement with Itellix to provide a single comprehensive solution for the Global Travel Exchange's Voyager Network travel distribution system. The web services management solution provided by Itellix is expected to reduce costs and improve service as Global Travel Exchange increases the number of transactions booked through its platform.

Itellix's web services management tool integrated within the Voyager Platform will author and manage service level agreements, ensure quality of service while optimizing available resources, and support various pricing models based on usage and agreed upon service levels. The results for Global Travel Exchange will include a reduction in personnel needed to manage a complex travel distribution system on an ongoing basis and the facilitation of several new offerings to the supplier market for distribution and services.

"We are pleased to have contracted with Itellix to use its web services management suite and integrate these tools into the Voyager Network. We have worked diligently and continue to work with Itellix's engineering staff to make certain that our platforms are well integrated and scalable. By having the proper system and support in place, Global Travel Exchange is preventing any compromise in service quality and a range of security and performance issues for its customers," commented Christopher Berlandier, chief executive officer of GTREX Capital, Inc.

Global Travel Exchange has developed and implemented several XML (Extensible Markup Language) interfaces, in accordance with OTA specifications, to ensure a direct connection between Global Travel Exchange and suppliers of travel services. XML, a cross-platform software and hardware-independent tool for storing and transmitting information, is becoming the standard method to communicate data between servers and between servers and browsers. Global Travel Exchange's high-quality direct connection will provide clients with access to higher quality information, translating into more convenience for travelers and travel arrangers.
