Stockholders of the record date will be entitled to two shares of common stock for each share of common stock held on that date.
The corporation also announced that it would be changing its name to Home Warranty Services of America, Inc. to better reflect its core business, the new symbol will be "HWSV" and will be effective at market open on Friday, June 17, 2005.
