RICHMOND, Ky., June 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation (AHMCC) has opened a new branch in Richmond, Kentucky. The branch is the first one in the city and eighth in the state of Kentucky.
Joel Anderson, donned as the "Mortgage Man" from his Mortgage Man Report with local radio stations and featured in the past on WKYT-TV and WLEX-TV, will be the branch manager for the new office. He has over eight years' experience in the mortgage banking industry and was formerly a CEO/COO with Triple Crown Mortgage, a large private mortgage banking firm. He has lived in Kentucky all of his life and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University, located in Richmond, Kentucky. He is married to Angela Anderson, also a graduate from Eastern Kentucky University and has one child, Samuel. Joel has been recognized as a local community leader serving his church, Northeast Christian as a member of the Finance Committee, a volunteer and sponsor of the local Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization for mentoring young children, and a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, Realtor(r) Associations and Home Builders' Association.
