The common stock of the consolidated company is trading under its new symbol "CPHC".
The company is making all necessary preparations to immediately file its Form 10-SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Once the filing is declared effective, CipherPass Corporation will become a fully reporting company eligible to trade on the OTCBB, AMEX or NASDAQ Small Cap Exchange, subject to meeting applicable listing criteria.
