WMD Holdings Group, Inc. Completes the Southern California Deployment of NAVITOUCH Interactive Broadcast Network Units in the Corporate Circle K Convenience Stores

RIVERSIDE, Calif., June 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- WMD Holdings Group Inc. (Pink Sheets:WMDH) (Worldwide Media Development Holdings Group, Inc.) announced today that they have set a company milestone and completed the Southern California deployment of the NAVITOUCH(tm) Interactive Broadcast Network units in Circle K company-operated convenience stores.

NAVITOUCH(tm), a division of WMD, uses Interactive Digital Display (IDD) technology to create powerful digital images displayed on touchscreen monitors that enable consumer interaction, utilizing Verizon Wireless' EVDO Broadband services. Advertising and services on the NAVITOUCH(tm) system provides advertisers and content providers opportunities for direct, immediate interaction with the public and quantified feedback reporting via the NAVITOUCH(tm) network. Consumer feedback informs advertisers immediately of the success of their advertising campaigns. NAVITOUCH(tm) technology also facilitates e-commerce on the IDD units.

Pat Roberson, President of the NAVITOUCH(tm) Interactive Broadcast Network(tm) stated, "This NAVITOUCH(tm) NETWORK Southern California deployment with Circle K Stores, Inc. provides shoppers at over 100 Circle K stores the convenience of a wide menu of wonderful products and services -- right at their fingertips. The proprietary NaviTraffic real-time traffic maps, that are updated every three minutes, are a very popular feature for the travel weary in Southern California."

"With the deployment of the NAVITOUCH(tm) NETWORK, Circle K Stores, Inc. has positioned itself as one of the leaders of ultimate shopper convenience in the petroleum industry. Because we have designed our IDD units and systems with the dependability that the shoppers require, through robust simplicity the NAVITOUCH(tm) NETWORK has performed with a 99.9% uptime. Therefore, we have precisely avoided the 'unplugged and set in a corner' syndrome that has plagued the 'kiosk' industry and built our shopper's confidence in the meantime," said Roberson.

The NAVITOUCH(tm) NETWORK in Circle K stores has already provided shoppers with many free products and services such as free rounds of golf from car dealerships, free hammocks, free CDs and $25 casino slot play to players whose age was verified by the driver's license swipe functionality of NAVITOUCH(tm). The Circle K team has also been very pleased with the recruitment of staffers facilitated by the NAVITOUCH(tm) NETWORK.

Alimentation Couche-Tard, Inc., the fourth largest convenience store operator in North America, acquired Circle K Stores, Inc. in 2003. The company currently operates a network of over 4,900 convenience stores and 4,000 licensees worldwide.
