FLORHAM PARK, N.J., June 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- MediFit Corporate Services, a leading worksite health promotion and fitness company, today announced that Bill Bourque, currently the MediFit Vice President of Business Development, will assume the position of Chief Operating Officer effective July 1st. In this capacity, Mr. Bourque will have primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations and will work with Vin DeProssino, CEO and Paul Couzelis, President, in developing growth strategies for the company.

Bourque serves on the Advisory Board for the University of Massachusetts, School of Public Health. Prior to joining MediFit Bill consulted with companies in the greater Boston area on the development of state-of-the-art employee fitness facilities and health promotion programs. He had been the Vice President of Operations for Boston-area corporate fitness provider Fitcorp. During his 14-year tenure with Fitcorp Bill was an integral part of the senior management team managing the Fitcorp On-site Fitness Center Division, leading facility development consulting, and supervising the departments of operations, human resources, and information technology.
Bill has a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from Northeastern University.
