VSUS Technologies Incorporated Set to Launch UnifiedUSA ISP Dial Up Services Nationwide

Company Partners with ANEW Broadband


BOCA RATON, Fla., June 28, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- VSUS Technologies, Incorporated (OTCBB:VSUS) announced today that the company has partnered with ANEW Broadband to provide an innovative browser-based national dial-up service over ANEW Broadband's integrated communications network, enabled by Level 3, which is an international communications and information services company.

Level 3 (Nasdaq:LVLT) operates one of the largest internet backbones in the world, is one of the largest providers of wholesale dial-up services to ISP's in North America and is the primary provider of internet connectivity for millions of broadband subscribers, through its cable and DSL partners. The company offers a wide range of communications services over its 23,000- mile broadband fiber optic network including Internet Protocol (IP) services, broadband transport and infrastructure services, collocation services, and patented softswitch managed modem and voice services.

Using the recently launched MyOneScreen platform which simplifies everyday computing tasks into a single application, consumers will have access to UnifiedUSA's $6.95 per month basic dial-up service and a $8.95 per month high speed dial up plan.

UnifiedUSA ISP will be available to consumers throughout the United States. Currently, there are 38 million dial up customers in the U.S., compared to 33 million broadband users.
