Cypress Gardens and Wild Adventures Sign Up with Cygnus, America Online 'eTicketing' Service


ORLANDO, Fla., July 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cygnus eTransactions Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CYGT) today announced that Adventure Parks Group, LLC has signed up to provide eTicket sales through AOL(r) CityGuide, a leading provider of local entertainment information online, available free on the Web at aolcityguide.com.

Tickets for Cypress Gardens, located in Winter Haven, Fla. and Wild Adventures, located in Valdosta, Ga., will soon be available at aolcityguide.com. Visitors can find tickets by typing in the names of these theme parks, or the phrase "theme parks," within AOL CityGuide's search window.

All tickets will be delivered to consumers as Print-at-Home tickets utilizing Cygnus' proprietary ceTicket(r) technology. Cygnus is in discussions with a number of other theme parks and attractions and expects the number of vendors participating in the program to increase substantially.
