Leadership Additions Bring Over Twenty Years of Healthcare Experience to Clearwave


ATLANTA, July 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Clearwave, an innovator in simplifying healthcare administration, announced today the addition of key executives to its leadership team, including the appointment of a new Chairman of the Board. The new additions will help drive the company's vision of becoming the technology backbone for administrative healthcare transactions in Georgia and beyond.

Joining Clearwave are William G. Nordmark, III, as Chairman of the Board, Jeff Betts as President and Eric Anderson as Chief Operating Officer. Building on the current Clearwave team is part of the company's continuing efforts to meet the needs of its incoming opportunities and growing customer base. With over twenty years of combined healthcare experience, these additions will not only support the company's current needs but will also bring a high level of expertise to drive Clearwave's strategy moving forward.

About William G. Nordmark, III

William G. Nordmark, III, is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Nordmark Consulting Group which has been working with health care organizations since January, 1993 on extensive consultations regarding managed care strategy and strategic business alliances. Jeff Betts brings demonstrated success in developing and building organizational strategies that support the achievement of customer, financial and employee goals for companies in the communications, consulting, healthcare, retail and technology industries. Prior to joining Clearwave, Betts was the President of ProfitServe, LLC where he founded and developed an organization that worked with client executive teams to identify, realize and track hidden profit opportunities. During this time, Betts was responsible for client and partner relationships, contracts, value based pricing models and client satisfaction.

Betts' background includes over 20 years of leadership and business development experience with companies including ALLTEL, BCBS, BearingPoint, BellSouth, Cingular, EDS, GM, IBM, MCI, NASCO, NCR and VeriSign. In the course of his career, Betts has been involved in selling, raising and managing over $250,000,000 for various corporate and entrepreneurial initiatives.

About Eric Anderson

Eric Anderson's background includes extensive consulting and executive management experience with Fortune 500 companies and industry leading consulting firms. Before joining Clearwave, Anderson served as the President of Bluemont Associates, an information technology consulting company he co-founded in 2002. During this time, Anderson developed IT strategy, ensured consistent project management and provided consulting services on large-scale system implementations for Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to founding Bluemont Associates, Anderson worked as a Director of E-Business for a Fortune 500 Company. In this role, Anderson was responsible for managing programs to integrate transactions, replacing paper work with electronic data transfer to allow suppliers, customers and the company to share data and increase efficiency. Anderson's other experience includes working as a Senior Consultant for Ernst & Young and Clarkston-Potomac Group.
