Cardtronics Adds Ron Delnevo, UK ATM Company CEO to Board of Directors


HOUSTON, July 11, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cardtronics, Inc., the world's largest ATM owner/operator, is pleased to announce that Ron Delnevo has recently joined its Board of Directors.

Delnevo is the CEO of Bank Machine Ltd, a full-service ATM provider based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, England with over 1,000 ATMs located throughout Great Britain. Cardtronics acquired Bank Machine in April 2005 and now operates it as a wholly owned subsidiary.

During his four years at the helm of Bank Machine, Delnevo has expertly lead the company through several significant ventures including a 2003 buy-out from the previous owner, Euronet, Inc. Bank Machine ATMs are located throughout Great Britain in a variety of venues such as shopping centers, convenience stores, pubs, clubs and post offices. Bank Machine's major merchant clients include McDonalds, Spar, Mitchell's and Butlers, the Post Office, Tesco, RoadChef and Odeon Cinemas.

Prior to his position as CEO, Delnevo served as Commercial Director for Bank Machine. Throughout his career, he has worked across a wide-variety of industries including clothing, airports, hair & beauty and ATMs. Delnevo has a degree in Business Organization from Heriot Watt University and a post-graduate degree in Personnel Management from Napier University, both institutions located in Edinburgh, Scotland.
