MONTREAL, July 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Donini, Inc.'s (OTCBB:DNNI) President and CEO, Peter Deros, today announced the appointment of a new Vice President of Business Development to assist Donini in its accelerating growth and drive to profitability.
The new Vice-President, Andre Schinck, is responsible for locating sites for new restaurant openings, for identifying franchisees across Canada, as well as supporting Donini's aggressive entry into the frozen food market.
"This appointment allows us to more effectively leverage our exceptional operational team and accelerate Donini's growth throughout North America," Deros said.
Andre Schinck brings over 20 years of strong operations and sales experience as a restaurant franchisee, a franchise development consultant and as a commercial real estate agent. Mr. Schinck stated that he strongly believes that Donini is positioned to significantly expand its multi-service operation rapidly, which will include the opening of 12 new franchise and corporate stores over the next year. His understanding of and experience with food service franchises and the support required in order to succeed brings a great addition to the Company.
