Victor Industries Inc. Announces Establishment of Its Newest Distribution Hub Thirty-Eight Miles From Major Market Center

LOS ANGELES, July 13, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Victor Industries Inc. (OTCBB:VICI) is proud to announce the establishment of its southwestern distribution hub that will coordinate blending, bagging and shipment to two of three of its major markets: Las Vegas and Phoenix. In independent tests, Victor Industries' product Enviroturf(tm) has been shown to promote the growth and health of sod and turf while cutting back water consumption by as much as fifty percent (50%). Las Vegas, Phoenix, and surrounds, are under water restrictions at the present time and establishing a distribution hub in such close proximity to both cities enormously reduces the cost of servicing these major markets. Discussions are ongoing with the Southern Nevada Water Authority as to Victor Industries' participation in the construction of municipal playing fields and recreational facilities in order to conserve the area's precious water resources.

In addition, FSP China has expressed interest in pioneering markets in southern China for Victor Industries' soil amendments. Representatives of FSP will return from China later this month with a proposal for introduction of Victor's product EnviroZee(tm) which has been shown in independent scientific studies to increase rice production by up to sixty percent (60%).
