Grand Havana Enterprises, Inc. Terminates License Agreement for Miami Club


LOS ANGELES, July 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Grand Havana Enterprises, Inc. ("Company") (OTCBB:PUFF) today announced that the License Agreement entered into on March 27, 2005 has been terminated because the proposed licensee was unable to timely enter into a lease for a satisfactory location in Miami, Florida.
