Wisdom International Announces Stock Trading and Subsidiary Growth


SALT LAKE CITY, July 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wisdom International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:WSMI) is now trading as an over the counter issue on PinkSheets.com as "WSMI.PK".

Wisdom International has experienced quarter over quarter growth in its insurance operation, International Re-Insurance, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wisdom International has achieved slightly over one hundred and fifty percent net profit increase in the second quarter of 2005 over the corresponding quarter of 2004, and just over one hundred percent increase from the first quarter of 2005.

The Company's mining operation, Wisdom Global Mining, has recently begun operation and is expected to generate revenue third quarter of this year. Wisdom Global Mining has begun to receive substantial orders for its non-nitrogen based fertilizer, Organic Miracle. Wisdom has garnered international interest in this product and is very excited about its future.
