Mr. Mahna has had previous experience in education when as a founder of an internet startup Hifusion. This organization was geared at producing educational materials online and was later sold to Sylvan Learning Systems. He is a graduate of Lehigh University, Columbia University and holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Business (Northwestern University).
