Y-Tel Completes Installation of a Redundant VoIP Network Between Miami, Florida and Dallas, Texas

MIAMI, July 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Y-Tel International, Inc. (OTCBB:YTLI), a provider of telecommunications, VoIP and Wi-Fi services and devices, today announced it has completed the Installation of their VoIP telecommunications network by installing and connecting 2 major hubs in Miami, Florida and Dallas, Texas.

Y-Tel has been building for the future by setting up a VoIP network in preparation for deployment of their newly developed Wi-Fi/Hotspot phone. This new innovation offers a complete turnkey solution for simple hook up and connectivity to the Internet. Patents have been filed on this unique turnkey solution which connects a Wi-Fi phone to the Internet via the charging base, which contains a built in hotspot directing each call to their VoIP network.

Todd Wallace, Chief Technology Officer for Y-Tel and the primary architect of several VoIP networks, has been working with the Multiprotocol Session Controller (MSC) from NexTone for years. Y-Tel is using this intelligent device to provide the foundation for a carrier-class VoIP network capable of delivering voice connectivity from Wi-Fi hotspots.

Mr. Wallace commented, "The NexTone MSC offers the flexibility and scalability to securely interconnect with our carriers partners. It also provides the most robust and highly programmable route engine to direct VoIP traffic between network endpoints and gives Y-Tel advanced routing features, such as dynamic route hunting, which enable higher call completion rates for our partners."

He continued by saying, "I am positioning Y-Tel for the future by building a carrier-class infrastructure that is competitive with major carriers around the world. We have completed the installation of NexTone MSCs in Miami and Dallas, providing full redundancy and backup support for Y-Tel's carriers and customers. Our network is operational with a 24/7 Network Operations Center staffed with highly skilled operators to monitor, maintain and troubleshoot our VoIP service. We are adding new carriers every day to our robust network and will continue to improve the backbone to an already reliable secure network."

"Y-Tel exemplifies how VoIP service providers are using the NexTone solution to deliver new and innovative services to their customers," added Dan Dearing, Vice President of Marketing at NexTone. "Using NexTone's session management technology, Y-Tel has built a carrier class network that provides its customers with a win/win combination of mobility and lower telephony costs."
