HOUSTON, July 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation will be hosting their National Convention from September 6-10, 2005. The Convention will be held at Hilton-Americas in downtown Houston, Texas. In order to gear up for this event, the corporate office is sending the Allied convention bus to over 50 branches in 32 states. The bus will provide entertainment at each stop with a live band and more. This convention bus will end the trip at the Hilton-Americas, in Houston, for the start of the convention.

The branches that are hosting this event will invite their community for cookouts, games, and a live band. This is a huge opportunity for the branches to gain recognition from their communities. They will be inviting their Realtors, Builders, Title companies, Borrowers, and Community members to have them join in on the fun.
The Allied convention will include over 180 workshops and educational sessions for the branches that are attending. Events planned for this year's convention include a golf outing, dinner cruise, wine tasting event, and a President's club gala. There will also be 140 exhibitors attending, including Chase, Option One, and Argent, who will be exhibiting their racecar at this year's convention. This is similar to the one that Danica Patrick drove in the Indy 500. The branches will have the opportunity to visit all the booths. There will also be over 140 of the largest lenders in the country attending. Many will have underwriters available so mortgage loans can be approved on the spot.
Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation will have over 650 branch managers attending with a total of 2000 people joining the convention. The convention will increase the earning potential of each originator while networking amongst one another.
