Energy Finders, Inc. Announces Appointment of Randolph Hastings Jr. to President of the Company


CISCO, Texas, July 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Energy Finders, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EGYF) announced today that Randolph Hastings Jr. has been appointed to President of the Company. Mr. Randolph Hastings, Jr., B.A., M.A., has more than 15 years of experience in organizing oil and gas projects in North America and Australia. Mr. Randolph Hastings, Jr., will concentrate on the overall management and implementation of the drilling projects.

Mr. Randolph Hastings, Jr. brings significant management, investing and relevant entrepreneurial experiences to the company. Randolph is currently the President of Hasting Consulting Corp. out of Cisco, Texas -- a business consulting for oil and gas exploration and development in Australia, both onshore and offshore areas.

Prior to his current ventures, Randolph was the Executive Vice President of Australian Grazing and Pastoral, Co., Pty. Ltd. Leased onshore exploration areas in Southwest Queensland, Australia (Cooper / Eromanga Basin), Working directly with Queensland Department of Minerals and Energy and the office of Director, Petroleum, State of Queensland and leased approximately 16 millions acres in Queensland's Eromanga Basin.
