Cygnus Launches Wireless Tracking System for Admission Tickets and Stored Value Cards

ORLANDO, Fla., July 27, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cygnus eTransactions Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CYGT) today announced that Valleyfair, an amusement park located near Minneapolis/St. Paul, owned and operated by Cedar Fair, L.P., has launched print-at-home ticketing utilizing Cygnus' wireless, hand-held credential tracking system marketed under the brand name ceTracker(tm).

Admission tickets can now be purchased online at www.valleyfair.com, printed immediately by the customer, and authenticated by Cygnus' data center in real-time when the guest arrives at the park. Valleyfair staff are supplied with hand-held, wireless bar code scanners that operate the ceTracker software application.

"We are please with the access control system, and I am truly impressed with the customer support we receive from Cygnus," said Alan Schwartz, spokesperson at Valleyfair.

The ceTracker system functions as both an access control system that validates and redeems tickets and reservations in real-time, and as a private network, stored value card system for cashless transactions for purchasing tickets, rides, merchandise, food and beverages. Valleyfair sells admission tickets and season passes utilizing Cygnus' ceShop(tm) eCommerce ticketing application and is using the access control feature of ceTracker to validate tickets.
