Vision Works Media Group, Inc. Acquisition of Advertising Production Company


ORLANDO, Fla., July 27, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Vision Works Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VSWM) announces preliminary talks have been started to acquire a television commercial production Company to cater to advertising clients.

Mark Astrom, Vision Works Media Group's president, said, "A dedicated production company is an obvious step in the development of a television network. We have been approached by a number of companies that wanted to provide this service for our wholly owned subsidiary, New Screen Television. To not take advantage of this opportunity would be the same as turning dollars and revenues away."

Corporate counsel is drawing formal documents and negotiations are expected to be completed within 10 days.
