Nova Communications, Ltd. is now Accepting Deposits for the XBoard

RENO, Nev., Aug. 1, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Aqua Xtremes, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nova Communications LTD. (OTCBB:NVAC), is pleased to announce that we are accepting deposits for our revolutionary recreational power watercraft -- the XBoard.

"Over the course of the past year, the XBoard has come full circle, from concept to reality. In June 2004, the decision to create the XBoard was made. Over the following months, thousands of man hours were spent perfecting and developing the component parts. This process has truly been a global effort. The list is too long to give proper recognition and appreciation for the long hours and hard work expended by so many. The one group I want to single out would be our own Research and Development Group. Without the efforts of Skip Ripley and Dave Lajoie, both of whom were instrumental in coordinating and reviewing the process, we would still be in our development stages.

"In May of this year, after a worldwide search, we signed a contract to manufacture the XBoard with Sumeeko Industries. Sumeeko Xtreme Products, Inc. was formed from this agreement and is the exclusive manufacturer of the XBoard, Xtreme Engines and additional products which are presently being developed, spanning several industries.

"We have now entered into the last leg of our journey -- EPA testing. Several states have established their own standards, which are far more exhaustive than federal requirements. California, under California Air Review Board (CARB), is the most stringent and requires several tests, including a 250 hour test procedure. This certificate is recognized as complying with air standards in the United States as well as several countries around the world who give full reciprocity."

"With excited anticipation, we are finally in a position to accept deposits from the public. Our attorneys are establishing an interest bearing escrow for all deposits.

"You will be able to place your order either through our website www.XBoard.com or a local distributor. A new page will be appearing this week on our site to detail the instruction. You will be able to contact your local distributor as well to place your order. All deposits will be placed in our Escrow Account and a confirmation will be issued with the name and address of the local distributor, who will complete all transactions."

"The acceptance of deposits marks an eagerly awaited milestone in the development of the XBoard. We have received in excess of one thousand inquiries from those interested in purchasing the board and I'm ecstatic that we've taken another significant step towards fulfilling every one of them," said Art Robins, Nova Communications CEO.
