Neutron Enterprises Awarded Contract for Detroit International Jazz Fest


MONTREAL, Aug. 1, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Neutron Enterprises, Inc. ("Neutron" or the "Company") (OTCBB:NTRN) today announced that its Digital Signage Broadcast Network (DSBN), Event & Screen Marketing division, has been awarded a contract in conjunction with MAD Advertising & Marketing for the 26th Annual Detroit International Jazz Fest.

The Detroit International Jazz Fest("Jazz Fest") is the largest free jazz festival in North America with more than 1,000,000 attendees expected this year.

DSBN will provide two L.E.D. full-motion and full-sound screens, strategically located to maximize the viewing experience for the over one million attendees expected during this Labor Day weekend (September 2-5). The screens will be located at the main stages in both Hart Plaza and Campus Martius under the guitar at the Hard Rock Cafe and will be visible to all.
