National Detection Clinics: Special Board of Directors Meeting Called for Monday, August 15, 2005


ROCHESTER, N.Y., Aug. 2, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- National Detection Clinics (Pink Sheets:NADE) has been requested to schedule a Special Board of Directors Meeting for Monday, August 15, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. (Mountain Time) in Denver, Colorado.

The request had been formally delivered by a number of officers and shareholders in order to address and propose a series of resolutions concerning the pace of future developments and to implement certain management re-adjustments and reassignments.

Mr. Johansen, senior vice-president and director, is requesting that all senior officers and directors be in attendance. "It is important to National as a company to have the full support from our management team on any resolutions proposed and enacted," said Mr. Johansen. "We will also propose a requirement that any vote we deem is pertinent to the overall operation of the company be put forth to all shareholders and enable them to vote through proxy," added Mr. Johansen.

The Company is introducing Early Detection Cancer Clinics to North America. Our clinics will use FDA approved Infra-red Thermal Imaging Technology. This non-invasive form of diagnosis determines structure changes in the tissues, leading to possible Early Detection.
