The Board of Trustees of PIMCO Global StocksPLUS & Income Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE:PGP) announced today that they have declared a dividend of $0.18335 cents per common share. The Fund is a newly organized, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to seek total return comprised of current income, current gains and long-term capital appreciation.

The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2005 to shareholders of record on August 12, 2005, with an ex-dividend date of August 10, 2005.

At July 31, 2005, the Fund's net assets were $228.0 million.
