Energy Finders, Inc. Announce Corporate Director and Geologist


CISCO, Texas, Aug. 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Energy Finders, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EGYF) announced today that Mr. Wilford Lee Stapp has been appointed to its Board of Directors and as Geologist of the Company. Mr. Stapp received his B.A. from Baylor University and his M.A. from University of Texas - Austin, in Geology and Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Stapp has more than 50 years of experience in all major oil and gas basins both in North America and internationally.

Mr. Stapp will direct all geology activities associated with oil and gas projects for Energy Finders, Inc. Mr. Stapp is a proven oil and gas finder and is recognized by his peers as such. His professional credentials include Emeritus standing in the A.A.P.G., plus membership in several Geologic Associations both in the U.S. and internationally. He is a fellow of the Geological Society (London) and holds a membership in the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Sigma Gamma Epsilon, and the Society of Independent Professional Earth Scientists. He has published many papers covering Texas Geology and International oil gas subjects, and has worked in Asia, Australia, the Persian Gulf, Morocco, Namibia, England, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, France, Louisiana, and Texas.
