(Philippines).
Mr. Alvarez has his engineering degree and has specialized in the specific composites which are used in Beluga's manufacturing process of their proprietary and UL licensed fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) underground storage tanks. Mr. Alvarez is highly qualified both technically and professionally and with his many years of senior executive leadership roles in manufacturing he will contribute the necessary expertise that is required for the President's (Philippines) role and responsibilities. Additionally, his network of relationships with major Asian oil companies, makes him a key and strategic addition to the Philippines manufacturing and sales division of Beluga.

The facility is strategically located and geared to produce the environmentally friendly storage FRP tanks needed per year and has the adequate labor and physical infrastructure to facilitate the production of current anticipated demand as well as increasing future demands.
