Raven Moon's GINA D'S KIDS CLUB Adds 12 New Education-Focused Shows for Second Season

Company moves closer to a 5 day a week strip for 2006 with 40 episodes

ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVMN) today announced that in a strategic move towards stripping 40 programs in 2006, it has added 12 new shows that continue to focus on education for the second season of GINA D'S KIDS CLUB(r).

"Adding more learning-based episodes for young viewers provides even greater value for the television stations that carry our show," said Joey DiFrancesco, Chairman and CEO of Raven Moon. "Our business plan is based on building a following for GINA D'S KIDS CLUB(r) that translates to revenues from the licensing and merchandising of toys and other character products from the show. Our goal is to increase the number of television stations carrying the program, and we accomplish that by offering interesting, educational and entertaining children's programming with top-quality animation. We are making good progress toward providing five-day-per-week strips. This is an established successful model in children's television programming and illustrates how Raven Moon creates value for its shareholders."

Raven Moon produced two well-received educational episodes in its first season. "Visit To The Doctor," which was featured in the Sunday, January 16, 2005 edition of the New York Times, teaches pre-school children what to expect when they visit a doctor. The Telly Award winning "Journey To The Land of the Dinosaurs" episode was produced in cooperation with The Field Museum of Chicago and will be featured as part of the "GINA D'S Reading Across America Program" national live museums and science centers tour that supports reading and local libraries. The 12 new educational episodes that will be included in the second season are:

"Reading Is Fun," "Let's Play The Rhyming Game," "The Dino Bugs Storybook Adventure," "Learning To Count," "Puppet Friends," "Under The Sea," "Good Manners," "Reach For The Stars," "Safety First," "What Is That Sound," "Sharing" and an educational game show episode with clues called "Cuddle Bug Capers."
