ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVMN) announced today it intends to offer the Gina D's Kids Club(r) and Sing Along with Gina D(r) video libraries in high definition (HD) as well as traditional DVD formats. The libraries will be manufactured by Deluxe Media Services, Inc. and offered through distributors.
In March 2003, Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc.'s subsidiary Raven Moon Home Video Products LLC. signed an exclusive manufacturing agreement for its Gina D's Kids Club(r) Home Video Products line with Deluxe. The exclusive agreement included a significant signing incentive. Raven Moon will have 30 episodes of Gina D's Kids Club(r) and 140 Sing Along with Gina D(r) music videos by the fourth quarter of 2005 that can be made into DVDs. The company also plans to deliver a total of 40 episodes and 140 music videos, respectively, by the Fall of the 2006 television season.
