Boondoggle Sports to Merge with HumWare Media Corporation

Merger Marks Expansion into Restaurant and Hospitality Industry


GOLDEN, Colo., Aug. 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- HumWare Media Corporation, (Pink Sheets:HMWM) announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Boondoggle Sports, LLC, a Colorado Corporation. Under the terms of the LOI, HumWare Media Corporation and Boondoggle Sports have agreed to merge operations.

Boondoggle Sports is a growing property dedicated to Fantasy Sports catering to Sports Restaurants across the country. Boondoggle's patented product, "Fantasy DayGame" (NFL football), allows patrons to draft a new fantasy team each week at the restaurant. The guests' selections are input directly into the web site and then displayed on televisions inside the restaurant on a personalized leaderboard. The contests use real-time statistical feeds from NFL games and the restaurants award prizes to the winners of both the short-term 3-hour DayGame, as well as the season-long contests. Patrons compete against others in the same location or against everybody in the restaurant chain across the country.

Fantasy DayGame increases traffic, promotes higher revenues, and heightens customer loyalty for Boondoggle's client list of over 75 various sports bars and restaurants, which are signed up for 2005 including: Champps Americana, Fox and Hound, Humperdinks, Jillians, Britannia Arms, Legends & Heroes, and Rawlings All-American Grille.
