(Pink Sheets:EGYF), a Florida corporation, has entered into a joint venture Agreement with International TME Resources, Inc. to develop a heavy oil project in Southwest Texas. The Project, identified as the Mega-West Project, is located West of San Antonio, Texas. The initial block of oil and gas leases is roughly about 14,000 acres.
