Superclick Launches Next Generation Customer Support Application at Four Points by Sheraton, Montreal Airport

SIMS CPE Alarm Benefits Both the Hotel and the Guest

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Superclick, Inc. (OTCBB:SPCK), a technology leader in IP infrastructure solutions to the hospitality industry, today announced the launch of its SIMS CPE Alarm, which proactively sends an email report to the hotel staff of the status of modems in each hotel room, identifying xDSL or other LRE in-room modems that may have lost their connections.

Superclick's SIMS CPE Alarm provides hotel management with real-time reporting capabilities and an environment where guests can confidently connect to the hotel's high-speed network without resorting to modem repair issues or help desk calls.

Current industry trends show that 20 percent of CPE xDSL or LRE modems are disconnected at any given time. In 200-plus room properties, this represents a significant amount of guests that are susceptible to non-functioning Internet services due to disconnected modems. Superclick's CPE alarm effortlessly addresses this issue thereby improving the guest's experience and the hotel's service.

Superclick has now officially launched its SIMS CPE Alarm service at the Four Points Sheraton, and expectations from both Superclick and Four Points Sheraton's manager, Marco Carelli, are that the property will experience as much as 20 percent to 30 percent fewer customer support calls directed to its front desk relating to the property's high-speed service.

The SIMS CPE Alarm also provides hotel managers with real-time network status reporting of other IP devices running on its network, including mini-bars, energy systems, VoIP and VOD services. In an increasingly automated world running on an IP infrastructure, disconnected modems are not acceptable and have service degradation implications far more reaching than Internet access. "Though providing hotel managers with a network status reporting application, we anticipate that our SIMS CPE Alarm with contribute to improved performance and reduced costs with both their Internet access and other multi-edge devices," commented Superclick's president, Sandro Natale.

Mr. Carelli added, "We have experienced issues with guests reporting poor high-speed Internet service in their rooms, resulting in disruption to the guests' experience and our front desk employees as well. Since we have rolled out this service, the level of guest satisfaction has noticeably improved. The SIMS CPE Alarm reporting allows our engineering department to dramatically enhance its quality control procedures by identifying trouble spots before the guest checks in."

"With more than 1,000,000 rooms in the U.S. alone that have in-room CPE modems installed, at any given moment there are about 200,000 rooms that are non-functioning and are experience performance degradation" Natale stated, "Our roll-out of the SIMS CPE Alarm is just one more instance of our commitment to providing world-class service to our customers and differentiating our platform from the other products in the marketplace."
