ENCINITAS, Calif., Aug. 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Metaphor Corporation (OTCBB:MTPH) CEO Mark L. Baum confirmed that the Company's articles of incorporation have been amended with the Nevada Secretary of State and that the name of the company is now "China Media Networks International, Inc."
Mr. Baum added, "Earlier this year, we executed an agreement with 8 Holdings LLC in an effort to consummate a transaction with a significant player in the Chinese media business. Although this transaction has not closed, there has been substantial progress, so much so, that our Board sought shareholder approval in order to make an amendment to our articles, thereby changing our name. At this time, Standard & Poors has issued a new CUSIP number for our common shares and we have submitted a request to NASDAQ to change our stock quotation symbol. We expect that we will trade under a new symbol within 7-10 business days."
