Dialysis Corporation of America Announces the Development of New Georgia Dialysis Center and Opening of New Center in Maryland


LINTHICUM, Md., Aug. 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Dialysis Corporation of America (Nasdaq:DCAI) announced the development of a new dialysis center in Calhoun, Georgia, marking the company's seventh center in that state. The company also opened its new Baltimore, Maryland facility that, as previously announced, began construction earlier this year.

President & CEO Stephen Everett commented, "We look forward to expanding our presence in Georgia and anticipate our new Calhoun location to be another success for our company. Additionally, we have completed the construction of our Baltimore, Maryland facility, passed all required inspections, and have opened the facility for patient care. This center is our first in the greater Baltimore area and our third in the state."

The new Calhoun center will begin construction shortly and be designed to offer state-of-the-art equipment and technology, with patient comfort in mind, and include 15 treatment stations.
