(Pink Sheets:MWKG) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Oblique, Inc., a Dallas, Texas-based company created and managed by James L. Volkmar, which will result in the deployment of miNetwork's products by Crutcho Public Schools. Under the terms of the agreement, miNetwork Group, Inc. will provision the miOffice suite of services, including access to video conferencing and the miPhone products to assist communications within the school district. The agreement serves as a model for utilization within other educational institutions and is ideally suited for rural and small school districts on a global basis. The installation of the entire suite of products for Crutcho is lead by Consolidated Networks Corporation, a leading Oklahoma Value Added Reseller, in conjunction with Oblique and miNetwork.
