(OTCBB:BPIL) announces August 2005 bookings for the company's ShadeZone(r) Fabric Architecture Division total $313,688, a 129 percent increase over August 2004, which totaled $137,206. These numbers reflect a strong month companywide. Total August bookings for the company's three other product divisions were $652,645, which represents a 37 percent increase over August 2004, which was $475,322.
"These numbers represent a strong presence in a month that has, historically, been very slow for our business," said Larry Ball, BP International CEO. "August is a back to school month, the heat is incredible, and many of our customers are on vacation. We usually expect August to be much slower than the earlier summer months. But sales have been strong all year, with every month significantly better than the same period last year. August has proven to be no exception, and we've still got a couple of days left in the month. Best of all, these numbers do not reflect several very large projects we expect to announce in the next 7-10 days."
