Trade Show Marketing Company Ltd. Announces the Completion of Acquisition of Two Retail Outlets in Phoenix, Arizona

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug. 31, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Trade Show Marketing Company Ltd. (Pink Sheets:TSHO) announced today that its acquisition of two retail stores in highly trafficked malls in Phoenix, Arizona has now been completed. The acquisitions mark the beginning of Trade Show Marketing's plan to operate ONTV-style stores that feature a unique mix of both new and proven consumer products and popular ONTV items that will be sold nationwide. Trade Show Marketing's plans for expansion in the retail channel include a mix of corporate and franchised stores with a greater emphasis on franchise model stores.

Trade Show's focus is to develop proprietary and private label products with broad and functional appeal at popular price points. Their approach is to exclusively sell products that are quality manufactured to its specifications from Asia and around the world. Management has engaged direct product sourcing experts in China and in each manufacturing region to advise on obtaining the best combination of price and quality for every individual product.

All stores will sell Trade Show Marketing's select line of products for home and office. These stores are the first two of a proposed five stores to be launched by the end of 2005. The company's plans for 2006 include the introduction of franchise outlets, with an aggressive goal to open 50 franchised stores in 2006 to extend the company's reach in the market.

The retail stores will work with, and be supported by, an Internet store launching in the fourth quarter of 2005 as well as catalogs, tradeshow demonstrations and television infomercials.
