LOS ANGELES, Aug. 31, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Southern California-based Modern Spirits today announced the launch of Haute, a new line of one-of-a-kind flavored spirits created solely for individual clients to match their unique passions, personalities and palates. Like custom perfume and couture clothing, Haute creations are designed exclusively for each client and are available for their sole purchase.
"Flavor is one of the most personal expressions of taste we can share," says Melkon Khosrovian, co-owner of Modern Spirits and Haute creator. "In an industry dominated by mass-produced spirits, Haute provides the first opportunity for individuals to define what they drink and how they entertain."
The spirits makers lead clients through a five-step process to produce each custom creation, starting with a flavor profile that identifies their passions, personalities and palates. The process can take anywhere from two months on up to create a perfectly matched flavored vodka.
Due to the hand crafted nature of the final product, Haute will only accept 25 clients a year. Minimum orders begin at $15,000 for 10 cases.
