Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The addition of pfastship's products to Logicor's offering extends the range of services and features Logicor currently provides its customers. The pfastship 400i has been a market leader on the iSeries/AS400 platform for more than 15 years and has established a proven track record of superior performance. GlobalShip is the pfastship Windows(r)-based product that brings true n-tier, internet-based architecture to the enterprise -- combining high-volume and desktop multi-carrier shipping. Integration of these products with the Logicor EAI middleware, LogiCOM, provides the shipping system with a seamless connection to the supply chain.
