Nevada Gold Provides Update Regarding River Rock Casino's Alcohol License

(AMEX:UWN) today announced that the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) has agreed to adopt the judge's decision and to issue an alcohol license for the River Rock Casino effective October 11, 2005, subject to a favorable disposition of protests that were previously filed by local residents and any appeals of the decision.
