Cyberhand Services Canadian Market via Distribution Agreement with Brockton Capital Corp.


CALGARY, Alberta, Sept. 6, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cyberhand Technologies International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CYHD), a leading computer peripheral design company specializing in innovative wireless ergonomic products for private and military purposes confirms that the Canadian retail computer peripheral market is to be serviced via its distribution agreement with Brockton Capital Corp.

Cyberhand has entered into a distributor agreement on July 5, 2004, with Brockton, whereby Cyberhand has appointed Brockton as its non-exclusive distributor to market, sell and distribute in Canada the full product line of Cyberhand family of products including Pocketop Wireless folding keyboard and other ergonomic mouse products. The agreement with Brockton will remain in effect unless Brockton does not purchase a minimum of 15,000 units prior to July 2006, and upon completing this order, purchase 50,000 units per month thereafter. If these terms are not met, then Brockton will forfeit all rights to the distribution. Included in this agreement, Brockton purchased an initial stocking order of 200 units of the Pocketop wireless folding keyboard to be held for inventory purposes. Brockton has not made any further purchases. The Company feels that it is uniquely positioned to take advantage of the growing appetite for high-performance, adaptable keyboards in the booming PDA and Smart Phone market through its Canadian distribution efforts with Brockton Capital.
